Payment and Shipping Terms

Please read these Payment and Shipping Terms carefully before placing an order in our online store at By purchasing, you agree to these Shipping Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from placing an order.

Payment on our website is carried out both online, in person and by bank transfer. Online payments are made through ARCA, TelCell Wallet and Idram payment systems. ARCA, Virtual ARCA, Visa and MasterCard cardholders are served.

Manual payments are made at the time of delivery in AMD.

In case of bank transfer, in order to issue an invoice, the legal entity is obliged to indicate the company’s VAT number in the relevant field, on the basis of which our company will issue the invoice. The product will not be delivered to the customer until the amount confirmed by the invoice has been deposited in our bank account. The customer can see our bank details when placing the order by selecting the “Bank transfer” option.

Once the Products to be purchased have been selected and added to the Customer’s Cart, the Customer initiates the process of Placing an Order, during which he must select one of the payment options available on the Site.

If the online payment option is selected, the Customer is redirected to an external website to complete the online payment. The Customer’s order (Purchase Order) is considered accepted when the online payment is successful and the Customer’s account is charged for the corresponding purchase. In the case of cash payment, the Purchase Order is considered accepted upon completion of the purchase.

Payment terms are controlled by third-party banks, as well as our company’s accounting department.
By choosing a payment option, the Customer confirms that he is aware of and agrees with the rules of the third-party banks or payment settlement organizations, and that the Customer undertakes to follow them and these Terms unconditionally.

If an online payment option is selected, the Customer must pay the full amount specified in the Purchase Order, which is calculated at the time the order is placed. In case of incomplete payment (Insufficient Payment or Insufficient Funds), the Purchase Order will be invalidated and will not be processed in the system. In this case, the payment will be canceled and the Customer will not be charged anything.

At the time of placing the order in the system, the Customer is sent a corresponding notification and e-mail. email message as confirmation of purchase of the Service.

Delivery will be made only after the money has been transferred to our account. Then our operator will immediately contact you and agree on the exact delivery time.

The prices of the products presented on the website are final and include all taxes.

Delivery is available in Yerevan.
Delivery is made within a week, but usually faster.
The courier delivers in Yerevan, bringing the product to the area (building) yard specified by the customer, by calling and making an appointment in advance. As a rule, the courier cannot tell a specific time, but he can agree on a period.

Once an order has been successfully placed, changes to the shipping address, shipping method, or order content are not possible. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Delivery restrictions.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit delivery of orders to certain locations or addresses based on factors such as delivery carrier restrictions, legal restrictions or security concerns. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will notify you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include canceling the order or making alternative delivery arrangements.
